We are Secret Pal Friendly! 5th Avenue Bath Co.® is proud to be Secret Pal Friendly. We will gift wrap any Secret Pal order at no extra charge. If you are placing an order for your Secret Pal, please make a note of this in the order comments section of the shopping cart. You may also add a short gift note here and we'll be sure to include that in the package.

When will my order ship?
Your items will leave our distribution center in Ohio within five business days.

**Important note about shipping charges:
We don't want you to overpay for shipping! The shipping calculator sometimes overestimates shipping costs for heavier items, so if your purchase qualifies for a better rate than those offered at checkout, we will ship at the lower rate and refund any overpayment to your account.

How do you ship your products?
Our products are shipped using Priority Mail® to every destination in the United States.

Can I send an order to a country other than the United States?
We will ship anywhere in the world as long as you provide an address for the recipient. For international orders, we use Global Priority Mail (GPM)®. HOWEVER, in order for us to ship our products internationally, orders must be placed via email. --> orders@5thavenuebathco.com

Do you offer priority delivery?
Yes. You can choose from the following:

Domestic:
Overnight Guaranteed Packages or Express Mail (next day delivery)

International:
Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 days)
Global Express Mail (3-5 days)

Next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations, or your money back.

Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.

Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.

Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG) is an international expedited shipping option from the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx Express. GXG is a date-certain service that takes 1-2 days to most major international markets and 3 days to most other international destinations. GXG offers reliable, date-certain shipping to more than 190 countries and territories worldwide. GXG is available at thousands of participating retail locations throughout the United States.

Global Express Mail® shipments are handled on an expedited basis in the destination country.

Global Express Mail is a fast way to ship overseas and prices start at just $15.50.

Shipping procedures can change without warning.

Return Policies: We want you to be 100% satisfied, so yes, you may return your purchase to 5th Avenue Bath Co.® Return your items within three days from when you received your gift, and we will exchange it for another item of your choice less shipping costs.

You can return your purchase by sending it to our mail order department. Just a couple things to remember:

• Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your reason for returning our product.

• Let us know if you would like a replacement or 5th Avenue Bath Co.® store credit.

• Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you if needed.
